Communication
Messages are answered within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday-Friday.
Weekly check-ins are due by Sunday at 6 pm. Feedback is returned by end of day Tuesday.
Billing
Month-to-month renews automatically until canceled. Please give at least 7 days' notice before the next bill.
Commitment plans for 3 or 6 months are not refundable once the term begins.
Paid-in-full plans are billed upfront and are not refundable after the program start date.
In-Person Training
Sessions can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions canceled inside 24 hours are forfeited.
Health
By enrolling, you confirm you are medically cleared for exercise and will communicate any changes to health status.

(STEP 3) INTAKE
We complete the tier-specific intake together on a short call. Or I can send you the intake to fill out on your own.

(STEP 4) AGREEMENT & PAYMENT
You receive the Stripe link and the Coaching and Training Agreement. Once both are complete, we set your start date.

(STEP 5) BUILD & DELIVER
I build your program and deliver it by email in Google Sheets within 2 to 4 business days.

(STEP 6) KICKOFF & COACHING
We begin your plan. Check-ins happen weekly for Tier 2 and Tier 3. In-person sessions are scheduled in advance.
My job is to deliver a program that works. Your job is to follow it.
