No. Programs are built for your equipment, whether home, gym, or both.
Do you work with beginners?
Yes. I meet you where you are and progress you from there.
How fast will I see results?
Many clients see measurable changes in 6 to 8 weeks with consistent effort.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed with Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled with at least 7 days' notice.
What if I need to pause or cancel?
Send a written request at least 7 days before your next bill. Commitment plans are not refundable once the term begins.
What happens if I get injured?
Tell me right away. I adjust your plan around the injury. Pauses are approved on a case-by-case basis.
How do check-ins work?
Tier 2 and Tier 3 include weekly check-ins. Check-ins are due by Sunday at 6 pm. Feedback is returned by Tuesday.
What app do you use?
Programs are delivered in Google Sheets and shared to your email.
How do in-person sessions work?
Sessions are scheduled in advance. You can move a session with at least 24 hours' notice.
